FGC is a family owned business with three divisions. Our primary business is designing and building state of the art single family homes. We accomplish this through modular and panelized controlled environment production. Our business started with our real estate division in Galena, IL in 1980. Marketing vacant lots and new homes in the Galena Territory and Apple Canyon Lake is our specialty. Our third branch is our vacation home rental division. We have several homes available for rent by the night, week or month.

Located in downtown historic Galena at 309 N. Main. We specialize in new energy efficient homes. We are licensed in Illinois only. Most of our listings are in Jo Daviess County resort communities. We have been selling homes and lots in The Galena Territory and Apple Canyon Lake for 30 years. All of our agents are knowledgeable and trained in new construction. We help buyers find the perfect lot and construct their new home.
